Right of return

With products ordered from our online store with consumer customers has the right to cancel the ordered product or the entire order within 14 days of the product's arrival at the recipient. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the product has been received.

In order to exercise the right of cancellation, we ask that you notify us of the decision to cancel the product or the entire order in an unambiguous way by emailing info@bestbuddy.fi

  • The canceled product or products must be returned to Bestbuddy without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notification.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging or otherwise well packed.
  • The product must be resaleable. (If you are fitting the product for a dog, please be careful that there are no stains on the product from the fitting and clean any hairs that may have stuck to it.)
  • We do not offer a free exchange or return, but the customer has to cover the shipping costs themselves
  • We will refund all payments received regarding the canceled order (including delivery costs if the entire order is cancelled), without delay no later than 14 business days after receiving the returned order.
  • We make the return using the payment method with which the product was paid for, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

After receiving the delivery, check the condition and correctness of the delivered products and make sure that the delivery contained all the ordered products. You must check the shipment of the online store (the condition of the ordered products) immediately after receipt or within 7 days of receipt at the latest. If you notice deviations, please contact BestBudy's customer service as soon as possible (email info(at)bestbuddy.fi). BestBuddy is responsible for a product error in accordance with valid consumer protection legislation. If the product or delivery is found to be faulty, BestBuddy has the primary right to correct the fault within a reasonable time or to deliver a replacement with a fault-free product.

You can refuse to receive the product if the damage to the product is clearly visible (e.g. the product's packaging is damaged). In these cases, you can fill in Posti's damage notification form with a Posti clerk or contact BestBuddy's customer service (e-mail info(at)bestbuddy.fi).

If you have already received the product and notice that the product is damaged, contact our customer service and describe the damage. To make the transaction easier, please take photos of the damaged product and send the photos to info@bestbuddy.fi Please indicate your order number and the information about the damage you have noticed in your email.

However, BestBuddy has the right to refrain from refunding payments until BestBuddy has received the canceled product back or until the customer has proven that he has sent the product back.

The customer is responsible for the care of the product he receives. The customer is responsible up to the full price of the product for any reduction in the value of the product that is the result of processing other than the processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exchange right

Products ordered from our online store do not have an exchange right, only a 14-day return right. If you want a new product to replace the one you ordered, you must follow the return instructions above and place a new order normally in our online store. The returned product must be unused and must be returned in its original packaging. We will refund the price of the product you returned to you after we have processed your return. The new order is normally paid in connection with the online store order.
